How to use the fantasy football trade calculator
Choose your league type and quarterback format, then add the players on each side of the trade. Dynasty managers can also search for draft picks. The calculator compares the current market value of both sides and shows how close the trade is.
What the fairness score means
The fairness score compares the lower-value side with the higher-value side. A score near 100% means the two sides are close in current market value. It is not a prediction of future fantasy points and it does not guarantee that a trade will help your specific roster.
Redraft vs. dynasty trade values
Redraft values focus on the current season. Dynasty values also reflect longer-term player value and, when selected, rookie draft picks. That means the same player can carry very different value depending on your league format.
1QB vs. Superflex
Quarterbacks are typically worth more in Superflex leagues because managers can start more than one quarterback. The tool uses a separate market-value set for Superflex instead of applying a simple multiplier.
Should I accept a trade just because the calculator says it is fair?
No. Roster construction, injuries, starting requirements, playoff schedule and your league's scoring can make a fair market-value trade good for one manager and bad for another. This calculator is a decision aid, not a guarantee.
Where do the player values come from?
Player and pick values are supplied through the Stats Guy Fantasy public API and are derived from real fantasy trades across thousands of Sleeper leagues. The values are recalculated regularly. Read our methodology page for the details and limitations.
Fantasy football trade calculator FAQ

Yes, when Dynasty is selected. Draft-pick values are not used in redraft leagues.
Does the tool support tight end premium?
Yes. You can choose standard, TE premium, heavy TE premium, or the blended market setting.
How often do values update?
The underlying market-value source recalculates values on a regular cadence, roughly daily. The page displays the value timestamp returned by the live evaluator.
